My dear Yogis and Yoginis,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

while most of us having troubles adjusting to the time change, the new season brings lots of renewal energy and excitement with.
Like some of you know it has been raining here in Spain heavily for almost two weeks now.
Today some sun rays came and showed nature in a complete different image. Hills that are usual just red dirt look like the Scottish Highlands while some bigger plants got unrooted.
It is again like anything else in life about the balance. Finding a sense of grounding is always helpful to grow in any direction.
