My dear Yogis and Yoginis,
How easy it is to get lost in the madness of the world and not to see how we can make a difference and contribute to the environment around us?
Little acts of kindness to people around us as well as not giving any energy to people or activities that just drain your energy.
Instead engaging in things that bring joy and peace to your life rather than fear and stress is a good starting point.
When you focus on possibilities and little daily fruitful habits,
it will create a ripple effect into the world like a pebble dropped
into a pond.
Start to observe your yoga practice to see what is helping you to feel better and empowered and what is not serving your well being. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t demand things from yourself, but we all know when it is a good challenge and when not. 🙂
In the end it comes always back to living from the heart –
the heart knows!
“And now here is my secret, a very simple secret:
It is only with the heart that one can see rightly;
what is essential is invisible to the eye.”
~ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The little Prince
Listen to your heart
All about the lunges
From the heart to the hands
Showing up for your yoga practice has already a positive effect on the world!
