My dear Global Yoga Community,
Did you ever ask you the question: What is my Purpose in Life?
In the last few months I saw what a difference it makes even for a dog to have a purpose. There were certainly times in my life where I felt like a dog without a purpose.
The purpose question came up quite a few times in my life and every time I found out something new about myself. A few months ago I signed up with Sirius Joy, an astrology site that recently they offered a course on 40 days of my Truth and Purpose. It is all very complex, but I definitely got many new insights and I am starting to understand my Self better.

“When you love what you are doing, you are not ambitious, you are not greedy, you are not seeking fame, because that very love of what you are doing is totally sufficient in itself.”
~ J. Krishnamurti (Bombay 5th public talk 24.02.1957)
One of the values in my life was that I want to do for a living what I love and I since it was a few things divided it up over a few things.
I believed when you do just one thing 100% it “kills” the love for it, because of the high pressure on it. I managed to live like this for a long time.
Now I feel at a cross road where I don’t know if I can maintain this way of living. I am certain there are a lot of people just like me influenced by the pre and after covid changes.
I am not sure yet what the answer is, but one things I do know is that our purpose is to shine, to be a light on this planet. Our purpose is connected to what we love with our whole being. How that plays out for each one of us is our individual process and life journey.

This is what I found in the net about life purpose, in case you are not sure yet or want to explore of you.
Determining one’s life purpose is a deeply personal and subjective endeavor. It often involves introspection, self-discovery, and a willingness to explore your passions, values, and beliefs. Here is some guidance on how one might discover it:
Self-reflection
Take time to reflect on your interests, values, and the activities that bring you joy. Consider your strengths, weaknesses, and the skills you enjoy using.
Passions
Identify your passions and what activities make you lose track of time. Your purpose often aligns with what you love to do.
Values
Determine your core values. What principles do you hold dear? Your purpose is likely to be in harmony with your values.
Impact
Consider the impact you want to have on the world. How do you want to contribute to the well-being of others or make a positive difference?
Feedback
Seek feedback from friends, family, and colleagues. They may provide insights into your strengths and areas where you make a difference.
Challenges
Reflect on the challenges you’ve overcome in life. Your ability to navigate difficulties might give you a clue about your purpose.
Experiment
Don’t be afraid to try new things. Experiment with different activities, hobbies, and experiences to discover what resonates with you.
Learn from role models
Look up to people who inspire you. Examine their life paths, values, and the impact they’ve made. It may provide insights into your own aspirations.
Professional alignment
Consider how your professional skills and career goals align with your sense of purpose. Can you find meaning in your work?
Evolution
Remember that your purpose may evolve over time. Be open to reassessing and adjusting your goals as you grow and change.
It’s important to note that finding one’s life purpose is an ongoing process. It’s okay not to have all the answers immediately, and your purpose may continue to unfold as you go through different life stages and experiences.
